Every EasySwitch license comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't right for you — any reason, no questions asked — tell us within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund.

Try before you buy

The free tier is the honest trial: mouse, keyboard and text clipboard across two computers, free forever, no key needed. We'd rather you verify EasySwitch works on your exact machines before paying.

How to request a refund

• Contact us with the email address you bought with (or reply to your order receipt), within 14 days of purchase.
• Orders are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record — you can also request the refund directly through the link in your Paddle receipt. Either route works; nothing to print, no forms.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days once processed.

What happens after a refund

The refunded license key is deactivated and premium features return to the free tier on your machines. The free tier itself keeps working — it never expires.

After 14 days

We can't promise refunds beyond the window, but if something is genuinely broken for you, write to us anyway — we look at these case by case. Statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected by this policy.
