These terms are an agreement between you and Realbrain Inc ("Realbrain", "we", "us") — the maker of EasySwitch — and govern your use of the EasySwitch software, this website, and any license you purchase. By installing EasySwitch or buying a license you agree to them.

1. What EasySwitch is

EasySwitch is desktop software that lets one mouse and keyboard control several computers (macOS, Windows, Linux) over your own local network, with a shared clipboard, file drag-and-drop and related features. It is not a remote-desktop or screen-sharing service: no screen content is transmitted between machines.

2. Free tier and paid licenses

The free tier (mouse, keyboard and text clipboard across two computers) is free for personal and commercial use, with no time limit.
Paid features are unlocked with a license key — a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Each plan covers a maximum number of activated devices, shown at purchase and on the pricing page.
A license is for you or your organization. You may move it between your machines (deactivate on one, activate on another), but you may not resell, rent out, or publicly share license keys.

3. Purchases and payment

Orders may be processed by our authorized reseller and merchant of record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle.com Inc.). When Paddle is the merchant of record, your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, and Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, applicable taxes and payment-related support. Prices are shown before checkout; taxes may be added depending on your country.

4. License grant

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal (or, for business plans, organizational), non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use EasySwitch on up to the number of devices your plan allows. We retain all intellectual-property rights in the software. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the software except where law expressly permits it, and you may not use it to break the law — including accessing computers you are not authorized to control.

5. Accounts

Buying a license requires an account on this website with a valid email address — that address receives your key and is used for license recovery. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. The desktop app itself never requires an account.

6. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempting to defeat license enforcement, no distributing keys, no using our website or update infrastructure to attack others. We may deactivate licenses obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these terms; where reasonable we will contact you first.

7. Warranty and liability

EasySwitch is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or work with every hardware and OS combination. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of these terms or the software is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects statutory consumer rights that apply in your country.

8. Changes

We may update the software, these terms, or discontinue features. For material changes to these terms we will post the new version here with a new effective date; continued use after that date means acceptance. Your license key keeps working offline regardless — verification does not depend on our servers after activation.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Realbrain Inc is established, except where the mandatory consumer-law rules of your country of residence apply and provide otherwise.
